 Easy installation

Movinord M82 is a high-precision mechanism where the different elements and components have been perfectly pre-fabricated and designed for easy assembly and dismantling, allowing the same product to be readaptable to your new needs.

The internal structure is independent of doors and window frames.  Panels are firmly secured by snap-in steel cover profiles.

The windows, with either single or double glazing frames, have steel beads allowing for the dismantling of the glass without disturbing the partition structure.

Movinord M82 has obtained the C.E.R.F.F certificate of module interchangeability (France).

 

Report/Certificate

  • Acheived a Sound Trasmission class classification of 41 dB for solid module.  (Test conducted by Acoustics Research Laboratory, School of Building and Estate Management, National University of Singapore)

  • Acheived 30 minutes Fire Resistance Test for half glazing module. (Test conducted by Warrington Fire Research Centre Ltd)

  • Acheived 30 minutes Fire Resistance Test for solid module. (Test conducted by Fulmer Yarsley Ltd)

  • Stud acheived a Tensile Strength of 407.6 mpa.

  • M82 with Span of 1829mm have the maximum Bending Load of 3.91 kN.
